Ticketing
and Fares
At Tops Travel, we research each reservation prior to delivery to ensure
the lowest available fare for your requested itinerary. We also offer alternative
routings, airports, and/or airlines if a lower fare is available.
As in most, if not all, of the travel industry, service fees for airline
ticketing has been implemented. Tops Travel has one of lowest service fees
in the local area for airline ticketing. |

Itineraries/Invoices
Our deluxe itinerary and invoice form gives a chronological, easy to
read multiple copy printout of all services requested:
1. Departure and arrival times, airline, airline flight numbers, aircraft
type, seat selection, meal service.
2. Car company, type of car, confirmation number, rate.
3. Hotel, phone number, address, rate, confirmation number.

Travel
Management Services
Management reports are available to assist in cost control and tracking
of your travel costs:
Savings Report — Detailed list of passenger and ticket number
indicating the full coach fare, actual fare used and the amount saved.
The type of savings or the reason why there were no savings is coded on
each report.
Client Sales Analysis Report — Detailed list by date of issue,
passenger name, ticket and invoice number, cost of ticket or refund amount.
We can customize reports by division or department with totals for each,
plus a company total. This is an excellent report to use for reconciliation
of your account.
